John Valve wishes to provide the resistance ratings for materials of our valve, seat, and seal against certain chemicals. The following information is based upon many years of experience. However, certain unknown factors may restrict the efficacy of the given information, (e.g. temperature variation, pressure and concentration of the fluids). For this reason an evaluation of the exact condition is still recommended if problems arise.

Search for chemical: (e.g. coffee, petroleum, glucose, hydrochloric acid and etc...)

THE INFORMATION GIVEN IS INTENDED ONLY AS A GUIDE AND IS NOT A GUARANTEE. The chemical compatibility detailed in the list is mainly applicable at room temperature between 15 and 35°C (59 and 95°F). The resistance of the seat and seat decreases with rising temperature.
