We Hereby declare that the stainless steel & carbon steel ball valves with the Thread Ends, Butt-weld Ends, Socket-weld Ends, Flanged Ends, and T-clamp Ends manufactured by JOHN VALVE Mfg. Factory Ltd. registered in Taiwan do not have a potential ignition source and might be actuated manually as well as otherwise mechanically/electrically. Therefore, ATEX 94/9/EC is not applicable to this equipment. In addition, the valves may be sued in the EX range.

Product Variations: Product variations of the above-mentioned types are designed with ANTI-STATIC DEVICE according the ATMOSPHERE EXPLOSIVE (ATEX) Directive 94/9/EC.
Heat Number: Each valve has an identifiable Heat (Charge) Number.
According to Standards: 1. Certificate of Approval, EN ISO 9001:2000 by TUV Rheinland/Berlin.
2. Certificate Quality Management System for Material Manufacturer according to European Directive PED-97/23/EC, No. 01 202 ROC/Q-01 0004 and according to annex I, Par. 4.3.
3. Certificate of CE-0035 QS-System (Category II Modul D1) approved by TUV Rheinland/Berlin, No. 01 202 ROC/Q-01 0002.
4. Certificate of AD-TRD100-W0 approved by TUV Rheinland/Berlin. Report No. 926/001031 Dated Feb. 29, 2000.
